Triple K m1a/m14 magazines?
Has anyone had any experience with the Triple K magazines? Are they any good? Thanks.

Never tried the M14/M1a mags in particular, but in GENERAL triple K mags are hit and miss. Some work. . .some don't.

Triple K- a step up from USA mags..Promag,,imo,,are much better in anything they make. 0 -
Had quite a few for different guns: Browning hi-power, Beretta, Mini-14. Got them at gunshows quite a while back. All bad. Sold or traded them off. This was a while back 15years+. There may be hit and miss with some of them but once I have a bad experience with a brand I usually won't go back.
I think good M14 mags will probably be available again once the crazyness dies down. But who knows?0 -

Had 2 Triple K mags for a Mini 14. Never could get more than 6 or 7 shots off before a jam. Would bet the ones for an M14 would be no better. 0 -

The Checkmates are the way to go. I have about 20 of them, they're not expensive and work great. 0 -
Get some Taiwan or Chinese mags.
They work fine in my semi and select fire rifles.

I tried Triple K mags that were made for the 1911 and for the Browning HP. The 1911 mags would insert into the gun fine when empty, but would distort when loaded and could not be inserted. The Hi-Power magazines would only accept 5 rounds, anything after that had to be driven in, and of course, would not feed back out again. 0
