S&W Model 581 value

I have a S&W model 581 in 98% condition. I dont see too many of these around anymore. Could someone give me a value. Thank You

  Check out the on-line auctions for a realistic fair market value. Don't pay any attention to any of the recent fantasy asking prices, just the actual selling price.

  I had one and let it go, now its almost impossible to find one and when you do, in nice shape, they are $500-$600 price range.
