    It is a big expensive gunsmithing project to get .327 Ruger into a .32 H&R Ruger. I doubt you could go enough farther to get in a .32-20.

    Ruger made the "Buckeye Special" .32 H&R and .32-20 convertable Blackhawks, you may find them on occasion for sale.

    Hamilton Bowen will convert a .32 H&R to .32 Federal mag for about 800 bucks, I bet if you contact them they can make a cylinder for .32-20.
