Bronze cleaning brush, from the breech. Push it through the piece of broken case, but not all the way through, then pull straight back. If it doesn't work the first time, let it soak awhile with Kroil, and try again. Sometimes a shot of butane into the chamber helps too.

Be really careful not to damage the chamber. Sounds like you need a broken shell extractor. Not sure if they ever made one for 22 rimfire. A properly selected tap might be the easy way or a really tight fitting patch. Have you applied penetrating oil and allowed it time to work?

A short machine screw with a split end and a wedge.

IF the rifle is dry fired with a broken firing pin the chamber will have a bad 'ding' and will scar the cart. check for this.

got it out, ended up pulling the barrel out and grabbing it with a drill bit. had to pull barrel cause i didnt have bit long enough to reach it, shoots fine now and i was real careful with the chamber.

    thanks
