Is it normal for both the trigger pin and hammer pin to work itself out(not completely out but loosen)of the left side on my Vaquero ? it does this just cocking and releasing the hammer several times and can easily push them back in with my fingers, don't even have to shoot it for this to happen. Got it on a trade and have'nt shot it yet, very nice s/s pistol in .44 mag. This just does'nt seem right to me. Thanks for any expert help.

I was not aware that Ruger ever made a Vaquero in a 22 rimfire version. I know they did make a single six with no adjustable sights. mimmicking the SAA style sighting groove for a couple years. I do not think they ever made it with convertable cylinder's.

The reissued fixed-sight Bearcat revolver came in .22LR, I've never seen one in .22 WMR.

    Edit:
They made some Bearcats in 22WMR.

Hmmm, that wouldn't suprise me, as Ruger made a lot of special order or limited runs. I've just never seen one in person or in a catalog, nor have I seen one with two cylinders. I also have never seen a .22 Vaquero cataloged, but again; nothing suprises me with Ruger and their ability to put out very limited firearms.
