I have a early remington model #6 .22 caliber, serial #S65349. Has pat. 1902 on side of receiver. Does anyone know DOM?

  Model 6 was made 1901-1933. Remingtons made 1921-1977 are usually dated from a 2 or 3 LETTER marking on the left side of the barrel, about a half inch forward of the reciever. Letters are small, you may need a good light and magnifier IF they are there.

  This gun is a early model, probably before 1910. Not for sure though.
