Colt Challenger
Good afternoon Patriot fans! My son has inherited late grandpa's rimfire pistol. I thought it was a woodsman, but after looking, see it say's "Colt Challenger" on the receiver (not barrel). Serial number is 5XXXX-C, has plastic grips, fixed sights and a release on the bottom of the grip for releasing the magazine manually. Can anyone tell me about this pistol? Also, when dry firing on a spent case the firing pin spring sounded very weak (I believe it's about 65 years old). Is the firing pin spring reasonably easy to replace on this gun? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, they are the same, as is a Huntsman and Targetsman 0
