Ati commander feed ramp
Hi.
I just bought an ATI commander and I'm
having feeding problems with JRN's.
There is a frame feed ramp that stops about
a 1/16 short of the barrel but no discernible
barrel throat or barrel feed ramp.
I imagine there should be one?
Thanks-Ron

Rong Make sure the extractor is tuned . Remember it is MUCH easier to remove metal then add it back . . To tune an extractor First I need to know is. Does this pistol have an internal extractor or external extractor. To tune an internal extractor you need to remove the slide from the frame and then the barrel from the slide . Now take a loaded round of the type and brand you want to use. With the slide upside down try to slide the head of the loaded round under the extractor hook and slide it toward the top of the slide . This should be easy to do now without touching the loaded round turn the slide right side up. The round should NOT fall out. You can Form an extractor as well as polish the area that the case RIM slides against. To satisfy BOTH test. 0
