American Eagle ammo - Missing lot ##

I know - the cheap stuff but the shelves are bare!![8D]

I found some A.E. 45 acp at the local farm supply store which just recently started selling ammo a few months ago.
The American Eagle Box has slightly raised thick painted UPC symbol - it looks fake. The box does not have a lot number or manufacture date.

The UPC is 0029465085032.

Should I be concerned.

  The lot number may be on an end flap. Does the brass and primer/primer sealant look like Federal factory ammunition?

  At Rural King is where they were taking Hevi shot out of the factory box & puting it in a 25/box of target loads(gun clubs,ect).
  
  They were doing it with Hornady slugs too.
