Colt New Agent

As a prospective buyer for this gun for carry purposes, I was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the quality and the reliability of this gun.I sure appreciate any information.

  Does the Colt New Agent compare to the series 70?

  The Colt New Agent has a Series 80 firing pin block. I have a Defender and bought the Cylinder & Slide made "fill in" parts and went to a Series 70 set up. I know the Series 80 trigger can be greatly improved, I just find it easier to clean up & work with the Series 70.
  
  I believe the Agent has a plastic trigger instead of the Series 70's metal. I would say the bluing on an original Series 70 was generally better done than the Agent's - nicer polish.
  
  Are there more specific questions regarding the Agent?
