    Absolutely.

Fortunately, the good folks at AIM Surplus thoroughly researched all 20,000 state & local entities, & ammo restrictions are clearly described on their website. Saves us a lot of work.

A private individual can ship ammunition, interstate, anywhere he wants in the Continental US. There are no Federal laws regulating shipment except for the restrictions on age. UPS and FedEx may have their own internal rules regarding such things as package weight, marking, etc.

The person receiving the ammunition has to deal with the laws in his own State, County, or City.

FFLs and other federally licensed individuals and businesses are bound by the laws pertaining to their licenses.
