chamber reaming??

hello-how hard is it to change a 38special chamber into a 357mag chamber? this is a rifle idea and NOT a handgun.

  It is not hard at all. If it is just a one time thing, a finish reamer will work just fine. If you are going to do several conversions, then I would suggest both the rough cut reamer, and then the finish reamer, to save on tool wear of the finish reamer.

  what kind of rifle ?? lever gun may not have long enough lifter and action to work correct ...single shot should be a lot easier...clip gun same problem
