Your best bet would be to call the town Hall in Norfolk CT 860-542-5679. The town clerk may have a lead for you.
Can you post pics of it?

I Have a Connecticut Arms Co., Norfolk, Connecticut spur trigger, front loading pocket revolver, 3?__ octagon barrel. Dates on cylinder are March 1, 1864 and January 16, 1866. Does anyone know where I can find information about Conn. Arms? Any idea what this gun might be worth?
    Thanks!

Flayderman's 9th edition lists value range as Good $250 - Fine $650 but adds that the late variant with two line patent dates "will bring a premium"

According to the Standard Catalog of Firearms, CONNECTICUT ARMS COMPANY was a Trade Brand Name used by H & D Folsom a large wholesale and retail sporting goods dealer, jobber and distributor of sporting goods located in New York City on shotguns they sold. Since they sold all kinds of guns, the name could have been used on handguns as well. No mention of who made the guns.
