hi; i need some advise; a friend wants me to list some items for him; i have a c&r and i do not want to have any problems; what should i do? please advise!

  I don't understand why you believe this could cause you problems. Not everyone is computer/picture savvy, so this is not uncommon. OTOH, your forum username implies that you are a dealer, so, hopefully, you don't use that elsewhere.
  
  When disposing of a firearm, your C&R license is technically irrelevant. (It is intended to help you acquire C&R firearms only.) But, some dealers who refuse to accept a firearm from a nonlicensee will agree to accept it if you offer to send a photocopy of your C&R & drivers license.
  
  I suggest that you have the friend physically give you the guns so that you can photograph & describe them accurately, & so that you are prepared to ship them immediately after sale.

  Nothing wrong with you LISTING the guns for him, so long as the actual sale is done legally when the auction is complete.
  
  Just realize that questions about the auctions may come up from potential bidders, and you'll have to field them, if its your account they're listed from.

  Your question isn't clear? As far as the C & R status of the two. The CZ 52 is a ex Czech military pistol. Although classified as a C & R by the feds. Many States and Cities with restrictive gun laws won't allow it to be shipped directly to the holder of a C & R license. It has to be shipped thru a 01 FFL.
  
  
  The Polytech 14 is a Chinese knock-off of our M1A. It wouldn't qualify to be a C & R by age. Although it might be on the feds C & R list? You are going to have to check the list on the BATF web-site to see if it is a C & R. So you could legally ship it to a guy who just has a C & R license.
