Vintage Sword Info Needed

Hi all, I ran across this very old sword and I'm not sure what it is. I am told it was a bring back from a war, but not certain either. Here is a few pics. If anyone knows or could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate knowing what it is and value. Thanks!

  I have one that looks a LOT like that. It was a Cambodia bring-back from about '73.

  ok, guy thought vietnam...so at least thats gives me an era and origin

  It looks like a Burmese Dha to me. Your going to have to have a hands on with a knowledgeable collector or dealer though. To figure out if it's just a tourist piece, or the real mccoy?
