Date of manufacture for the crosman 760 pumpmaster

Title pretty much says it all.
the Serial#: D0613794-.

I have been try to figure out the date of manufacture of this BB/pellet rifle to no avail.

I have been all over Google and here and did not garner any info.

I also went to Crosman webpage and didn't see anything that is close, or perhaps I missed something.

There have been a few varieties of this and I want to make sure I purchase the correct seal kit.

  My 3rd Edition of the Blue Book of Airguns, identifies the Model 760 as being the Powermaster not the Pumpmaster. There are many different variations, not differentiated by serial number, but by physical differences. Best to get a copy of this Blue Book to try and figure out which particular variation you have. They were made over a 20 year time span, from the mid 60's to the mid 80's.

  Call Crosman.
  
  Not only might they be able to advise you of the year of manufacture, but they may even be able to get you a lead on the seals.
  
  In fact, they may even be able to service the gun for you at a nominal charge.

  Looking at serial number is it possible that its made June 1979?

  Guess that would be the best thing to do is to contact Crosman.
  
  The gun is a Pumpmaster 760 as stated on the side of the receiver.
  
  I am assuming it appears to be '79 edition as well, but according to their instructions on dating the gun the first three or four numerals are 06137 which doesn't make an ounce of sense.
  
  That's why I chose to try the question here.
  
  Their diagrams of the external receiver most all show manual placement of the pellet in the flared (for a lack of a better word) opening into the breach area.
  
  Mine doesn't have that, pellets are meant to be fed by a 5 round pellet carrier. The only carriers I found to be available is post 2001 so these will not fit my gun.
  
  I've research to realize that rebuilding myself is not so much an issue as it is assure myself of finding and purchasing the right seal kit.
  
  My other toy that I completely resealed is the Smith & Wesson 79G Pellet pistol. So as you can see I am fairly competent of this task at hand, Just have to find the right parts before I tear into it.
  
  I got 8 Grandkids getting old enough to start teaching safe gun handling and this rifle would be great start.
