1st Time Seller, Nightmare on GB, NPB and Support
I am very angry that this whole GB site is either not working 100% or hard to get things done. Keep in mind, it took 3 days for an email to activate my FORUM nick, I finally got it today and confirmed it.
I have been a long time visitor here and finally decided to sell an item. I finally got a buyer that later decided she/he didn't want the item and found it locally. I had another buyer (-$25/bid) that I cannot get a hold of to see if he'd want it. Keep in mind that I use other auction sites (the main one) and I have either purchased or sold over 600 items and still have a 100% feedback.
I have 3 questions that I need clearing on.
1. Do I need to leave negative feedback before I can file a non-paying buyer report.2. Where do I get my fees back to relist the item. Do I relist it now and in hopes that I will get my fees credited.3. I have sent reminder, contacted customer service, but still has not been seen or checked or replied.
Any feedback or links is appreciated. I want my rifle sold and wish there is a way to contact other members on or have a feature to offer it to 2nd highest bidder.
Another surprise is having 2 accounts one for gb, and one for forum, couldn't they integrate the user name/pw from their database they already have or populate the Snitz Forum

I think you need to calm down and realize that the problem is you. Realize that you decided to sell here during a huge panic buying spree and that a lot of the bidders(buyers)are as new as you are. Relax and realize that you will get your money for a non paying bidder through auction support. You dont have to give the buyer bad feedback. 0 -

Go to the auction side and file a non paying bidder claim. take a few days but you will get you refund. Relist your gun. Be nice or you will be gone. 0 -
