Ammo for S&W 35 Auto

Is there a source for or can some other case be modified to obtain some S&W 35 Auto ammo?

  I have never actually owned or shot one. That said, I understand that plain vanilla 32 ACP ammo will function.

  The .32acp will function TILL you break an extractor or get a case stuck into the chamber. They're close but not right. Those guns are too rare to shoot with the wrong ammo.

  Old Western Scrounger was the place to locate oddball stuff for a long time. I checked there, no listing for .35 S&W. You might be out of luck on that one.

  That is a fairly rare bird. My read says less than 8500 of these guns were made TOTAL by Smith.
  
  You might check here to see if they have any in stock. At only $73 per box of 50, its a "bargain"!

  You can swage 32-20 then cut to length, ream and lathe turn the rim, or you can enjoy having a piece of history.
  History is a lot less work![:D]
