Weaver Night Hawk
Hello....question for the experts.
I have run across a Weaver Night Hawk 9MM on gunbroker and it seems to be classified as a pistol. However, I notice that it has a fixed foregrip, which I thought was illegal for a pistol.
Can anyone tell me if this item can be purchased legally in the state of Iowa?
thanks

I use to live in calli many years ago, when they were being made. Don't ever recall a pistol version? You sure your not mixing it up, with that Nighthawk CO2 pistol?
EDIT #1, Give us the auction #. So it can be checked out. It wouldn't be the first time folks have made mistakes. Some of these TACTICKOOL CO2 and Airsoft guns are very realistic looking.0 -
Its under the catagory of "pistol" according to seller on gunbroker, but not sure if that is the official classification in terms of it being bought/transfered..?.. 0 -

This is a carbine with a 16" barrel, not a pistol. This would be classified same as a Winchester rifle or Remington shotgun. The forward handgrip wouldn't have any legal restrictions as it's a rifle.0 -
