Just a quick question. Is a Yugo SKS 59/66 eligible under a C&R?

Only if in "original issue" configuration. If the GL or GL sights have been cut off, or the stock swapped out, or......then, no, it must go to an 01 FFL.

It is still in it's original configuration.
I understand the other part with changes. I was just not sure
if it fell in the C&R listing.
