savage mark2 model 24700

Hello again needing a elevation screw for the rear sight on a Savage Mark 2 FSS-AT model 24700, Dont have the serial number, it's not my gun. And what kind of scope base and rings would this gun need.[?] I've looked everywhere I know to find a drawing with a part number, with no luck[V] you guys have given me great direction before so I'm needing your help again.
