Speed strip pouches
Anyone have a source for speed strip pouches that can be attached to a shoulder holster strap?

I'm guessing you're referring to dump pouches, which were originally designed to hold six loose rounds per side. Speed strips actually came along many years later.
Try searching using 'dump pouch', maybe including the word 'revolver'. You'll probably find a bunch of manufacturers.
If it helps, Hellweg makes both vertical and horizontal types.0 -

Galco SCA Cartridge Carrier Part number GALSCA Holds 2 speed strips or 12 loose rounds.

I have some that simply snap around a belt. They might work as you described. Either snapped around one of the holster straps or attached with chicago screws or sewn if you wish. 0 -
I have a couple of Helwig pouches that could snap around one [;)] 0 -

If you're going for a full shoulder holster, have you considered actual speedloaders (ie instead of speed strips)?
The strips are nice if you're carrying spare ammo in your pocket because they're flat. But the loaders put in six rounds at a time, and are quite a bit faster for reloading than the strips, if you have the room to carry them.
See here for quick explanation of the difference:
