Reminton Slug Barrel?
[:)]Hello,I'm new to the forum so bare with me.I'm looking for a smooth bore Slug Barrel for my Remington 1100 20 ga.What is the best way to tell which barrel will be compatible with my gun?The only info. I have is the serial number.All info.welcome.Thanks Dutchman.[8D]

IIRC you will need to determine if you have an older gun with the 12 ga frame or the newer with the LT frame. Measure the mag tube ring on the barrel unless you know your gun is an LT 0 -

Hello to all who replied.I did go to the Remington web site and got some info.I don't have the Barrel at this time.The gun is a 1973 2 3/4" model.That would make it the larger receiver style?I'm looking for a slug Barrel for it.I have bin looking on this site for one to no avail.Any suggestions?Thanks again Ben C. 0 -

what is the choke on your present barrell?? you may be able to use it. I have used a modified barrell on my winchester 16ga for years, it is a good brush gun, accurate out 100 yards, for deer accuracy. 0 -
