AR-15 builders manual or reference

Im going to build or upgrade some of my AR-15's. I was thinking I would swap out A2 upper receivers for A3 or 4 Flattops. Im looking for a reference source. Any suggestions?

  "The AR-15 Complete Assembly Guide", by Walt Kuleck & Clint Mckee is a excellence reference. Used it last year when I built mine from scratch.
  
  Use it with a dose of salts though, as some of info is bogus, i.e. he tells you to use red locktight between the barrel and receiver.
