Need quality photos. With those sights if they are factory original, you probably have one of the "Pocket Rifle" variations. Most of these had frames manufactured to be used with a shoulder stock. Which variation you have, would affect value.

EDIT #1, I have run across quite a number of Stevens pistols over the years. Never with these type of sights. I would believe that they were optional, special order from the factory. This would enhance collectors value.

Flayderman lists a first issue No. 43 with brass frame and second issue with iron frame.

He lists value of either in Very Good condition of $150.

There is no mention of an optional peep sight.

It's not a Pocket Rifle, as they have a full width visible cap on end of butt slotted for a wire stock.

If it's not the "Pocket Rifle" model that accommodates a removable butt stock? The sights are either aftermarket, or perhaps special order from Stevens. Probably be best if you searched the net for some Stevens collectors forum. If it was a special order from the factory, it's collectors value might be enhanced.

Maybe some good close up pic of the sights. Could be Kings, Marbles, Lyman or special order Stevens.

Sights are correct. See Kenneth Cope's book on Stevens, Stevens Pistols and Pocket Rifles. On pg 41 is the exact pistol. Quote " Front globe or bead. Rear peep or open adjustable for elevation only, or v notch fixed.

If the bore is good and it locks up tight I would guess $250-$350. With good blueing and nickel, $450-500.

Thank you, gentlemen. I have someone interested to buy, but wasn't sure of a price point to start negotiating. I know what I paid 6 or 7 years ago. I've seen a few of these, but mostly with the shorter barrels and never with these sights.
