unknown .22 pistol magazine
Can anyone identify this .22 magazine?

Did you look to see if any info on the base plate[?] Looks sort of like a First Generation Colt Woodsman colt was in the habit of heat Treating the tops of their magazine thus the two tone look they also had a magazine follower sort of like this on the early ACE. see if you can find a pre woodsman magazine on google 0 -
Are you sure it's a 22 magazine? Looks like a Hi-Standard model G 380 acp.What is the thickness of the magazine? Perhaps .438" 0 -
I agree with Marc. The skeletonized follower was unique to this particular High Standard model. Photo below just shows side view of G 380 mag. Pistols and mags were produced in very limited quantity during the late 40's time frame. They weren't popular or practical as either a self defense or a target pistol.
