  That appears to be one of many revolvers that Rohm/ RG made. They sold them under their own name, as the RG-10. They are very cheap guns, and have a poor reputation for durability. Rohm was a German teargas & signal gun company, and their firearms are based on that technology. The RG-10 was sold for very little money, and the 1968 Gun Control Act stopped importation of the small Rohm/ RG models.
  
  The RG-10 is a single action- double action gun. The frame is made of zinc alloy. The design is neat, but it does not hold up to a lot of use. I have one, and it looks quite nice. I shot it, with Aguila Super Colbri ammo. It is not accurate, and the barrel is now wobbly. Many of these guns are missing the ejector rod. That's the little, removeable rod, under the barrel. This rod does not hold the cylinder in place. Do not try to disassemble this gun.

  It was made in Germany in the 1960's by the Rohm Co. of Sontheim Brenz, located in what was then West Germany. It actually was the Rohm model RG-10 but was sold under many different names by U.S. importers/distributors.
  
  They were very poor quality, usually sold for under $20. Banned for importation by the Gun Control Act of 1968. Check the on-line auctions using the Rohm name, lot of them show up as parts guns. As they are made of potmetal most have a tendency to selfdestruct after a couple hundred rounds of high speed shorts.

  i watched a dealer at a show try to tell a customer they were fine quality guns made in germany[:D]
