Savage Fox dbl 20 ga

I have a savage fox 20ga. I need the parts for the forend. I have looked at all the big parts places with no luck. The gun is from 1963 any ideas.

you probably know that stevens 311 / 511 parts would fit it. I know the fox has walnut forend but so do the early 311/511 models.....

I think the last place we were able to get parts was Gun Parts Corp.
That was 5-6 years ago.

I'm not sure what parts you need, but from experience the forend iron parts are hard to find. I needed a forend "iron" a while back and couldn't find one. The threads were stripped out on mine. It was actually aluminum so I had a welding shop weld the hole closed and drilled and tapped it. A few months ago someone posted pctures on here asking what the parts that they had were. The general consensus was that they were the forend parts for a Fox/Stevens double.
