Mostly good stuff, although I had trouble with one lot years ago.

They sold their early production 9 X 23 brass under the name 9mm Super Comp. Brass was way to soft had trouble full length sizing it. Called up their customer service. Guy I spoke to was aware of the problem and told me to use a .223 shell holder. This wasn't satisfactory, so I got hold of original manufacture Winchester 9 X 23 brass. Gave the Starline stuff away at the range.

I've been using it for a while now, and it has become the only brass that I use for .38-40, .44 Colt, and .45 Colt (Starline is the only maker of .44 Colt, but I had before been trimming .44 Special of various makes). It's good-quality stuff.

Love it, it is great brass and I have never had a issue with it, I have used it in:
    9X19
    10mm auto
    357 mag
    38 special
    40 s&w
    41 mag
    44 mag
    44-40
    45 acp
    45-70
    and 500 s&w

I just wish they made brass in 357 Maximum so I could use it to form 270 Maximum

Outstanding product. Have reloaded thousands of black powder fired 45-70 and 45 Colt cases and have never had an issue.
