I have heard that the ones from ATI, which are made by GSG are OK, and run good. However, though a little pricey, I would seriously consider the ones made by Tactical Solutions.

If you wish to go subsonic suppressed, they are all set up for it, and even offer cans to fit.

    Beantown,

There are other options, but the dedicated upper, as you know aree much better than the conversion kits. Just about every major name brand has a dedicated upper model...DPMS, Colt, S&W, RRA, and other's. It almost peercieves that they are being built, or have the same components in them from the same company...I'm just not sure who that is. I know a friend, and gunshop owneer, sella a LOT of the GSG built ones from ATI, as ATI is part of Amchar, and are based right close by.

I have say, that I have never had my hands on a Tac Sol unit yet, but have heard a lot of good things about their products.

Thanks. . .that's exactly what I'm looking for.

I wasn't really thinking about a suppressor, but I have to say, that recessed one with the barrel shroud extension is pretty smart.

Any other options out there that you know of?
