no service at all, had a customer that had me order one in for, he fell in a hole and the tang broke(did not even put a scratch in the wood. sent it in to the warranty repair place and 3 -4 years later got it back with nothing done. they said no warranty because of age. I sent in my original dated receipt of purchase and they said the warranty starts when the gun was made, they go by serial#. 0
