sks parts
Where can I find an entire mag assembly for an sks? Also, I once had a black rubber screw-on part for an sks stock. It went on the hand grip with one screw and made the stock look more like a monte carlo stock. It also came with a screw on cheek rest and slip on butt-pad. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I've looked but I can't find another one.

Hey guy's I'm finally getting around to putting the SKS back together and I'm missing a couple of parts, The Swivel Sling on the stock along with the screws, I'm also missing the rear sight. I'm curious if anyone knows of any good places to find them online.. I found some at Aim Surplus but they seemed a tad expensive for the parts and shipping.. So if anyone knows of any places please let me know or if you have the parts kicking around I would appreciate it greatly. 0 -

Whenever asking questions about an SKS, you need to specify the manufacturer. Most parts are NOT interchangeable, although some can be altered to fit. Is yours Chinese, Russians, Yugo, Albanian, etc?
Do you want a factory mag, or an aftermarket one?
No SKS was made with a cheek piece, so the one you had was aftermarket.

Look at the schematic listed above at rifletech. That would be part # 250
