Just a quick question. Is a Yugo SKS 59/66 eligible under a C&R?

  If you find either an original, or original-style stock and were to ship it with the gun, then you could ship it to a C&R licensee. Action doesn't have to be inside the stock (though you might as well).
  
  If the buyer had such a stock, he could send it to you (cheaply, its not a gun, just a stock) and then you could mail it back to him with the M44 parts, effectively making this a C&R.
  
  If the buyer intends to put a modern (ie synthetic or Monte Carlo) stock on the action when he gets it, the gun wouldn't be a C&R anyway, and there is no point to this exercise.

  He is sending an FFL License.
  So there is no need.
  I was just wanting to know what was the right thing to do to ship it.

  Without the stock it is just a barreled receiver and a pile of parts and that won't qualify as a Curio and Relic.
