How rare is a Winchester 70 National Match made in 1952, and what would the possible value be in 98% all original condition?

  I have a pre 64 Winchester 70 National Match that seems to be all original with one possible exception, the bolt body is jeweled and the bolt is polished, not blued. My question is could it have come from the factory ?

  Yes, the bolt body wasn't blued from the factory, and many where jeweled at the factory.

  sounds like you have gotten the gold standard of some great Match rifles. Do you know the previous owner[?] If he was a pistol shooter not a rifle shooter, I could tell you if He ever shot at the National matches at Camp Perry . I have all the records for pistol 1972-2005 the years I shot There.
