Seeing as how the 9mm Para headspaces on the case mouth these blanks wouldn't be able to seat in that chambering.

Their length does look close for the head/shoulder measurement of a 7.62x25.

The blanks I linked are 7.62 Tokarev blanks. Case head dimensions are the same. The ones you pictured, do they chamber and fire in the blank gun?

Yes, the fired one was just shot a couple days ago and the live one is like the other 15 or so that came with it. The 9mm live picture is just for comparison, not anything to do with the blank gun.

I'm not seeing much if any difference. Buy em and try em. If they don't work, send them to me and I'll give you what you paid for them. I have a CZ-52 and a Polish TTC, I'll put them to good use.[:)]

The business at this link, specializes in blank cartridges.
This one that is sold as being for the 7.65 Luger, looks like it would work for you.

You guys have given us some really good info and leads. Am going to take my cartridges and all this info to our brother-in-law this weekend and see if he can determine exactly what I have and which one will match. Will get back here with our findings. Thanks!

That fired one is the WRONG shell for the chamber it was fired in !!!
Note the ring around the crimped end that did NOT allow it to fully open. Be careful, just because it fits, doesn't mean it:s right.
