    Thanks - trying to figure out the cost per round. Just paying for powder, primers and bullets (free once fired brass)puts me at .13 cents a round for 40S&W. [:)]

    1-2 cents for powder, 1-2 cents for primer, 7-30 cents for bullets.
    To save money, look at your bullets...

    where do you get your primers?

    Powder Valley or when I find a good sale.
    I suppose right now, 2-3 cents may be more accurate for non-discount buying.
    Cheaper by the sleeve.
