Help w/ ID of Double Action Hammer

Hammer spur has been bobbed. Can you help me identify what revolver it belongs to?

Marked as a Colt Trooper part, but that does appear to be correct.

  Charter Arms.
  They sell both bobbed and non bobbed styles. Both are single and double action with the bobbed version having fewer
  lateral grooves to hang your thumb on.
  Yours looks like a cut down standard hammer, not a factory bobbed style.
  The bobbed hammer on this gun gives light strikes in double action. Filling in the lightening hole might improve that problem.

  It may just be the drawing or a slight model change, but the DA "dog leg" sear on the Charter looks different in the Numrich Arms schematic. For some reason I'm thinking Dan Wesson?
