The nickel plating doesn't appear to be Colt factory original,to me.

Him selling it, "As is, no refund or exchange", is another red flag.

I sell a lot of things, "AS IS", and don't have problems with my descriptions.

The Colt in question has aftermarket plating, and an aftermarket, "gunfighter" hammer.

Looks like a fast draw gun to me.
Hammer bent up to fan, nickel plated to resist black and blank powder.
I think the bolt notch leads in the cylinder are enlarged, another fast draw modification.
Looks like the front sight has been lowered, enough left for cosmetics, less to drag on the holster.

If it is what it looks like to me, it is very likely WELL used, unless somebody got tired of the sport in a hurry.

I agree. The grips have also been replaced.

That Colt has been "rode hard and put away wet".
