do you own a Windham AR-15?
They have been available now for awhile. I checked in the search but found no real opinions from owners of these rifles. If you have a Windham, what is your opinion? I am considering buying one and want to hear your opinions. Thanks

Their are a number of AR specific forums on the net. If you don't get much of a response from our folks. You might consider GOOGLEing to find them. Last time I was on them, bunch of the AR enthusiasts were going over the various AR's chapter and verse, if you know what I mean. 0 -

They are just another "good" AR rifle.

Same owner and most of the employees that owned Bushmaster before the Company that owns Remington bought them. From what I have seen of them they stack up to the old name. 0 -
If you were happy with Bushmaster AR's from a couple of years ago you'll be happy with a Windham.
Pretty much the same management, workers, component vendors and materials. They're just being produced at a different plant and have a different marking on the mag well.0 -

I have a Windham and before I fired it, bought an H buffer for it, then found that Windham already had it inside. Lots of little things are in it. 0 -
they are better in fit and finish than the old bushmaster
shot one, it was well made and accurate0 -
The Windham AR's are a much better package, than either the previous, or, especially the present Bushmaster. Once the Bushmaster got under Big Green's roof, like the rest, took a drastic turn...downward.

A friend purchased one in November. It is a tack driver. I was kind of afraid to have him buy it because I never heard of them before. We took it to the range to sight it in. After doing the 25 yard sight in, we went to the 100 yd range. It was shooting ?" groups (from a rest) at 100 yards. He got a winner. 0
