Can the Ruger John Wayne 45s be shipped to a C&R? It is a commemorative. Thanks.

It either has to be over 50 years old, or on the BATF's Curio & Relic list. At one time the BATF maintained a on-line reference of all firearms that are Curio & Relics. You might try GOOGLEing to see if you can find it.

The C&R list is still on the ATF website. Look under FIREARMS & PUBLICATIONS, ATF P5300.11.

But, the answer to your question is "NO".

FWIW, simpply being called a commemorative does not make it a C&R gun. VERY few are actually on the C&R list.
