looking for a manual or scehmatic for gun all i have found on the net is from numrich is picture of parts and parts list.would also like to find out the position of action (cocked ,uncocked) and or safety(fire,safe) when i remove take down bolt or does it even matter which position?

  All I could find was this thread from one of the forums. Couple of these guys own the model 25,and seem quite knowledgeable regarding operation and parts.

  It's an easy takedown disassembly. I don't recall ever thinking about it when I did mine. But I assume OFF safety was likely what I used. Be sure to clean the safety itself. I bought mine as a non working rifle. All it needed was the safety cleaned. The small spring inside was so gunked that it could not operate. Action would not lock in closed position as I recall.
