H&R pardner barrel Interchangability

My question is , will a Remington 870 barrel fit an H&R Pardner receiver,I have seen them and they look identical except for the vent rib, I have a chance to buy oneat a very reasonable price, and it has the 18.5 bbl, I have a 28 bbl that my son needs for hunting, and would like to put the 28 on the H&R 12 ga, thanks in advance.

  I beleive I have measured them in the past, the barrel lug may be in a different location.
