I'd guess, from the way the latch-point appears to protrude out from the surface of the magazine on the left, that's it's for a Glock 17/19/26.
I've heard people say there are problems with aftermarket metal mags (if that is for the Glock) "chewing up" the magazine catch (polymer) of the Glock. With the availability of inexpensive factory Glock-18 30-round magazines, I see little value in aftermarket metal mags for Glocks.
If it's not for a Glock, some close up photos of the latch-point, follower and feed lips might help in identification -- though there can be a lot of similarity among 9mm magazines.
The right magazine appears to be for something like a "Tec-9," but I'm not familiar with the individual latch-points of the different "assault type" pistols.0 -
deffinately not glock mags.. Looks like rear latching maybe for TEC 9 .. almost looks like smith and Wesson Style 59-69 series but the rear latch is something exoctic.. 0 -

I think the little bumps you see on the left magazine are not latch points but spacers used to make up for the plastic thickness on original factory Glock magazines.
A measure of the distance from the feed lips to the corner latch point (on that left magazine) would help to determine whether it's a Glock magazine.0
