How to - Marble Receiver Sight

How to move Marble Receiver Sight on base to upright position?
Any one have experience taking one of these apart?

maybe i am misuunderstanding the question. however, the ones i have used in the past i just pulled the sight up to vertical.

more then likely rusted and bound up . Soak in KROIL for 48 hours.

DON't ...It takes three fingers almost to get in the same place, at the same time, without a special tool to help you.

Anyhow, as noted above, Kroil it for 24-48 hrs. Then if the vertical pops up straight, you just slide that tang to which ever position you want it to go to. Mine is in the rear. To let it up, I put slight down-pressure on the vertical and pull the slide back. That spring releases it to go up. I then push it back down and slide the tab back in until it catches.
