Holster ??? 1939 P08 Luger or???

I bought a holster advertised as a Luger P08 holster but my 1939 P08 is about 1/2-1 inch too long. Any ideas what this holster might be for???   It appears to be a post WW II, Belgian NCO's holster. For the Browning High Power.

  My Inglis Hi-Power fits tightly but the magazine doesn't fit in the mag pocket...seems to need a single stack.

  The Belgian military and others used similar full flapped holsters, dating to the pre W W I time frame. If the mag pocket is for a single stack mag? Possibly the holster is for the Model 1903 Browning?
  
  
  EDIT #1,The Model 1903 FN Browning is a large pistol, chambered for the 9mm Browning Long cartridge. It never was as popular as a military pistol as the various other FN made Brownings. The only country to adopt it and use it in quantity, as far as I know was Sweden. Here is a photo of one off the net.

  It's a Bulgarian WWI Luger holster, the WWII version was the same, minus the magazine pouch flap.
