1999 Colt 1911 38 Super polished SS value??
Looking to find a current value for a NIB 1999 Colt 1911 in .38 Super. This is evidently an old Lew Horton gun called "El Cabo". I know there are so many commemoratives out there, and this was originally listed for $1200, but what about now. I couldn't find any for sale, or recently sold. Personally, the only detractors are the grips and the large script.

Colt made a series of the "El" 38 super pistols.
There was a El Jefe Supremo that sold on a other auction place for $1,182.99. A shot El Cabo like yours sold for $900.
People are asking stupid prices like $2500> for the "El" series guns.0
