Remington 40x

I ended up with a 40x in 6mm and a stainless barrel. It is topped with a 25 power lyman super target spot. The gun is clean and seems unmodifed. What would the apx. value of this rig be?

  Are the remington 40x single shot 22 rimfire and 22 cal centerfire actions the same? I realize the bolt face would be different

  I don't have the rimfire 40X but I have a few centerfire 40X rifles. The 40X centerfires are of the same style as the Remington 700 short action. The rimfire 40X looks similar from the outside but is internally much different, especially the bolt. See picture 12 of this item for a close look:
