Beretta .22 LR Olympic pistol

I have been trying to find an extra magazine, manual, and what the gun is worth. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

  I thought the type of firearm would be shown but it is a Beretta .22 LR Olympic target pistol.

  If this is the one your referring to? It's the Model M949. Very uncommon and little known in the States. Only made for a short time in the late 40's/early 50's time frame. Mag and original manual, hard to come by. As few are sold, hard to come up with a FMV, specially without a mag.

  I know, but they apparently have good "customer service." A dealer here said, you just keep sending them back until you get one that works.
  
  There is another source. I don't know their quality, may be the same stuff, but worth a look.

  On the first thing, Triple K magazines have earned a reputation for being shall we say 'hit and miss' in terms of reliabilty. But yeah, a malfunctioning magazine is still better than no magazine, and sometimes you can tweak bad mags to make them work better. .

  The pistol pictured has had the rear sight replaced and front sight modified . This will kill the collector value . I had a 3 digit serial number on the one that I sold 5 years ago for $1000.00. But it went to a collector. It had not been modified These pistols have a very low barrel to grip which reduces barrel rise on recoil VERY good feature but I needed at least 3 Magazines to shoot NRA BULLS-EYE so sold my pistol. BTW it would be very hard to mount a red dot and most all Bulls-eye shooters have gone to red dot sights . If you pistol is factory in configuration don't screw up its collector value.
