    Probably Del-Ton or DPMS.

Is this marking on the bolt itself or just the bolt carrier?

If on the carrier, is it a standard shape letter D or a stylized D where the inside has a triangular shape?

    Plain letter D indicates DPMS.

EDIT: Note that the absence of an MP marking tells you this bolt wasn't subjected to high pressure testing and magnetic particle inspection per mil-spec. As with most aftermarket AR manufacturers, DPMS only batch tests their's.

What do you guys think of TNW upper recievers. Looking at a milled upper from center fire. I know TNW isnt top notch but not looking to spend a crap ton of money either.

Life is short. If you have the money and it will make you feel better, go for it.

The only thing I do when I'm in the same situation is to try and figure out if I can get my money out of it, if it don't work out or if I change my mind. The on-line auctions are a good indicator of this. See what TNW milled uppers are selling used for on the auctions. To get a handle on how much of a bath you will be taking, if it don't work out.
