German G43
Anyone know anything about the German G43?
Low and behold, digging through our back room I discovered in one rack
covered by a blanket, not one but 2 G43's.
One scoped and one not. They are in beautiful condition. The stocks look almost like new.
When I get a chance I will get some pictures taken and posted up here.

Wow! What a great discovery!!! First these are extremely collectible so keep them safe and original,no scrubbing or refinishing. I wouldn't shoot them until a good gunsmith checks them out; some were made by prisoners in German concentration camps, you don't want to risk injury to yourself or the rifles needlessly. Also,most need new springs before shooting. Please make some good pictures and have them evaluated by German WWII collectors. Sometimes these bring several thousand each, sometimes a lot less depending on condition and codes. I sold mine a couple years ago and made a down payment on my house. Congratulations. 0 -

Sorry, but I fail to see where a G43 could get anyone in trouble, unless it was not used properly? Care to explain?
